GoogleExcellent service! Every member of staff we worked with were thoroughly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They took all COVID safety precautions seriously. They were extremely fast at responding and even allowed us to go back to the property to take extra measurements at short notice. We were originally offered the afternoon to live in, but as soon as we explained that we had a van booked and work off, they rearranged their schedule to allow a 9:30 check in instead. Our agent (Tania Hall) kept giving us regular updates, was honest and realistic with us as navigated any issues. Despite the pandemic and large chain causing delays, our agent did a good job at keeping things moving forward.
