Hi Julian, thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry you feel the service you have received has not met the standard you would expect. I am sorry that your tenants failed to pay the rent after six months in the property which resulted in a loss of rent to you of £4,000. I am aware that you were unhappy with our referencing procedure and the matter was reviewed by the The Property Ombudsmen who concluded that you should be awarded £150 for the indentified shortcomings in our referencing procedure for the aggravation, distress and inconvenience caused to you. We were advised by The Property Ombudsmen that you had rejected that offer and therefore they closed their file as you reserved your position. GoogleWe have recently used Bairstow in Basildon to let and act as an agent for two flats and are about to use them for a third. Victoria Macmanus and the rest of the team at Bairstow including Lisa have been fantastic, they are responsive, efficient and professional with nothing being too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend their letting services.
