Nothing but trouble from the first call

Nothing but trouble from the first callHad a viewing, agent was late and had no clue about the property,Had another viewing of a different property booked in and then cancelled 40 minutes before the viewing and they knew an hour before they called me.The person who called me to say they cancelled the viewing was rude and unprofessional not even an apology.Would not recommend to anyone. Half the time cannot even get through to a person when you call.

Excellent, professional and friendly service from the start to finish of selling my late Fathers house. I was kept fully updated on all developments and all my questions and queries were promptly answered. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, including carrying out a couple of extra trips to my Dads house for me, which otherwise would have an entailed lengthy journeys for my home in Sheffield. Many thanks, hard to see how you could improve on the great service I recieved.

I can’t thank Beercocks enough

I can’t thank Beercocks enough! We sold our house within about 4 days before it had even gone online! They are super professional and very understanding. I have 3 month old and 2 dogs so as you can imagine having things organised and tidy was hard at times but beercocks understood all that and worked around what suited me. From Steven coming round at the beginning and to Georgia organising everything in and between it couldn’t of been easier and wouldn’t of been possible without them! I couldn’t recommend beercocks enough it’s been an absolute pleasure working with them! Communication has been amazing too, I’ve been kept up to date with everything and not had to chase a thing which was really important to me with leading such a busy life at the moment! Thank you so much for making this process so relaxed as possible!

Beercocks best by country mile

So far Beercocks is easily the best Estate Agency I have used. All the staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Communication has, on the whole, been very good. Jo in particular has been superb at showing people round the house and her advice and support has been invaluable. Poor service at every turn

Beercocks arranged viewings without telling me, I had people turning up to their viewings at my house without my knowing, very awkward when answering the door. I had people stuck outside my house when they hadn’t told me they’d booked viewings. I bought and sold with them, my email was added to a long list of customers emails without the email addresses being hidden and after ringing up 3 times on moving day they didn’t bother to tell me the keys were ready.
