Ellie explained their process very well clear and she came across extremely personable, genuine and sincere.If it wasn't for Ellie I would not have signed up with Beercocks. One week later after putting my house on the market for sale, they have already found me a buyer.From Ellie I was passed to Elliott - another fantastic person. Always called back when I rang - always very pleasant and extremely helpful. It was a review such as this which led me to Beercocks and I am so glad I did!

Hazel gave us excellent advice over marketing my brothers house following a difficult time after his death. The valuation and photos by Frank, and Darrel's video were completed in a professional way and were easy to work with. Beercocks dealt with all the viewings competently and we were kept informed on all progress prior to getting a sale subject to contract. Hazel negotiated a deal we were happy with and assisted with a plan forward.

The agent conducting the viewing was friendly and noted our offer down. I viewed the property on the Thursday July 13th and received the Memorsndum of Sale on Monday 17th July.
