we arrange to view a property in Burton road Derby, The response was oh we have 5 viewings, month later property still on the market. No call back as we arrange to view it, we attend but no one was there or and contact to follow up. The current market is tasty for investors like us and we don't need to be mess about.If I was the vendor I would be p...ss. We are cash buyers and will not waste our time with estate agents like this.
