GoogleI Found Roger Jackson, my local agent to be very professional & very polite. Roger conducted nearly all of the viewings, which took a lot of the stress away from me. We had some difficult times during the viewings & sale process, but Roger handled it all in his stride. I really need to mention Trennaie Thompson the Move Manager for Haart (based in the Derby office), Trennaie handled the sale process through to completion very professionally, again dealing with difficult issues. GoogleThe agent that came out to value and sell our house was very professional, very polite and did his job very well. Unfortunately he was the only good part to this company. Once we sold our house we were passed on to a 'move manager' who was supposed to provide us with updates and liase between solicitors. We had very little from the move manager and had to rely on another estate agent in the chain to chase and give us updates on what was happening (Haart just said they got no answer or 'I don't know' - the other estate agent happened to get an answer every time!) I wouldn't recommend Haart - once you sell your house through them the customer service is appalling.
