We have been incredibly pleased with the service we received from Roger. The viewing was arranged swiftly and efficiently, and when I arrived, Roger was already there waiting, punctual and prepared. He even made sure the heating was on in the vacant property so that I’d be comfortable during the viewing, which was such a thoughtful touch. Roger answered all our questions with professionalism and made us feel as though he was genuinely invested in helping my husband and I find our home. Roger Jackson is the Haart agent I dealt with. We spoke on phone and never met. He was prompt, very prompt to respond, he did not put me on a waiting list, but was willing to go as soon as possible, he went at a convenient time for me not for himself, he did the valuation, and gave me a feedback and advice to optimize value on phone, and sent a valuation report by email. We never met, but I rate him as fantastic, and his company Haart too. PS.. I checked out with other companies as well and still waiting to be able to fix a date with them 1week on.

Selling my property has got to be one of the most stressful things iv been faced with not only due to the fact that its something iv never done before and didn't have a clue what I was doing but also due to the fact that I was selling due to the breakdown of my marriage. I was advised to get 3 quotes and then pick an agent that I wanted to go with which I did but after 6 months the property was still up for sale with not much interest which was made even more stressful due to my husband still living in the property but unable to pay the mortgage due to sickness which then added huge financial stress to myself. This all changed when I recieved a phone call from Roger Jackson who is based with Haart in Derby.From our first telephone conversation to our first meeting Roger was very reassuring but also very empathetic to the situation that we had found ourselves in. He explained everything in depth and detail and was very confident that he could sell our property and thats exactly what he did ! I didn't have to worry about any if the viewings as Roger took care of everything for us and even when we got our first sale which unfortunately fell through Roger was straight back on the case and I'd got another buyer within 4 weeks.His communication skills were top notch and also was on hand to help with the paperwork side of things which is all done digitally and is an area that we are both not the best with. We are both very grateful to Roger and the team at haart as they helped make a very stressful process alot easier which resulted in the sale of our property.
