Arranged an appointment with Roger Jackson, who arrived on time, very professional, respectful & friendly. He advised me on the process & what he would do to achieve a sale & a couple of weeks later has sold my house! Thank you to Haart especially Roger 👍

What a breath of fresh air from Haart Estate agent Burton on Trent. especially Roger Jackson, I've been trying to sell our house with other estate agencies, however, I didn't get any viewings. Until I switched to Haart estate agency. I get talking to Roger and he was so professional, make me feel at home. He advertised my house and in less than 24 hours, I've already got viewings. Truely amazing.

Rodger was the perfect estate agent. He was so personable and instantly made me feel comfortable and proud of the house I am selling. During the explanation of selling a house I had lots of questions, to which Rodger answered in full detail and gave me reassurance with any worries I had. Every time Rodger came round it was like talking to a friend! Bubbly, smiley and a lovely gentleman. Couldn’t have asked for someone better to help sell our first family home.

I was very impressed by how thorough Roger was on our valuation yesterday, he was incredibly polite and helpful throughout. Haart went above and beyond to support us on this first meeting to include printing previous pictures of our house when we originally bought it, along with other houses that are up for sale in the area to pitch ours against. He talked through our options without judgement or sway either way, it did not at all feel like a sales pitch and due to this we will definitely be choosing Haart as our estate agency to represent and support us in our next move. Thank you

After many months of house searching and dealing with other Estate Agents, haart have been a breath of fresh air. Roger Jackson is a star. I am super impressed with the communication, always returning my calls and if he hasn’t been able to personally help me with any of my queries he will tag the relevant people in an email. If in the future i would ever need to put my house up for sale, i will be giving them a call in a haart beat.

Rodger was brilliant, friendly, and extremely helpful and puts your mind at ease. Rodger explained the whole process of how everything worked, making sure we were happy with the process, and within 2 days, evaluation was done along with the pictures of our home, and a virtual video was taken too. The pictures look absolutely amazing, and nothing was too much trouble for Rodger. Highly recommend haart and Rodger .

I recently requested a viewing of a property with Roger Jackson of haart Burton-on-Trent, and I can only say that this was the best experience of any local estate agency I have been in touch with. Roger was polite, efficient and extremely personable. Unfortunately the property in question wasn't for me, but I will continue to work with Roger directly as I'm sure he will find me my forever home! Thanks agin. 5* all the way!!

We met Roger Jackson from Haarts Estate Agents at the property we were viewing. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. He spent a long time with us on the viewing and didn’t rush us at all. We decided the property was right for us and put in an offer, which was accepted. We have found Roger very efficient and approachable. Buying a property can be very stressful but he keeps us informed of anything we need to know. He is definitely a credit to Haarts Estate Agents.

I had been driving all over the midlands for weeks looking for a dream home and just when I was about to give up, I met Roger Jackson. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't view the property at our initial appointment time but guess what, Roger did everything he could to ensure that I viewed the property on that day. Roger rearranged our appointment at a time that was suitable to me later that day and showed me around the property with all delight. On viewing this property, I realised that the property which I was almost giving up on the appointment, is my dream home! I cannot thank you enough Roger for your enthusiasm, dedication and commitment to your job and above all, your excellent customer service acumen. It is because of you that I am smiling as we go through the process of me buying my dream home 😍. It didn't just end with the viewing, Roger has taken on the commitment to explain everything to me in regards to the home buying process. Being a first time buyer and a novice in this space, I required quite a lot of things to be broken down for me to understand. Roger has done this with all enthusiasm and still doesn't relent any effort to help see me through this process. I would very highly recommend Roger's five Star service. The least I can say to describe the service I have received so far, is that Roger Jackson is an asset to Haart. Thank you once more Roger Therese

Roger has been a delight to work with, enthusiastic about the prospect of selling our property, realistic with pricing whilst still respecting our wishes as sellers. The quality of presentation of the house was excellent in photos and a walk through video that meant we had a good volume of viewings and a sale price over our asking price. Thanks Roger and the team at Haart.

Roger is an exceptional estate agent with a lovely chatty nature who really put me at ease when viewing a lovely bungalow I had seen. Roger gave me lots of advice in terms of extending the property and how some of the refurb could be achieved. A real asset to the local area and Haart - Roger thank you so much! Best wishes to you!
