GoogleI honestly cannot fault these guys! As a first time buyer, I was so nervous, stressed and all the rest of what comes with moving, but the staff at mantons were amazing and so friendly. Rosina gave me the best support throughout the process, explaining every step along the way, chased everything so quickly, and never made me once feel like a nuisance when I asked for an update (which was often lol). If Rosina wasnt in on the day I rang, her colleagues would chase it up too. Amazing team effort and I will definitely be recomending them to everyone I know! :)

GoogleI sold my property with Mantons recently and I would highly recommend them. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from initial contact to arrange a valuation, instructing them and having the photos and listing of the property prepared, viewings, negotiation of an agreed offer, and pushing the sale to completion. The photos Mantons took of my property even made me think twice about selling! The whole team were friendly and available to tackle viewings and the many queries received, and they were proactive in chasing down offers and pushing my accepted offer to completion. It of course helps that Mantons are competitively priced, but I felt like I was getting a personal service from a team focussed on securing the best offer for my property, and then really working hard to get the sale over the completion line. Thank you!

GoogleI cannot express how delighted I have been with Mantons estate agents. Rosina Sheaf helped me sell my property in Barton and she was the most professional agent I have dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she knew all there was to know throughout the whole transaction. It would be wonderful to get service like hers in every area of business.

GoogleAbsolutely pathetic and unprofessional behaviour from their staff. I booked a viewing and call them twice for confirmation if the viewing is ok, they did all the eligibility checks and affirmed me for the viewing. When I was on the train to Luton they called me to say sorry we have to cancel it as you are not eligible for this house. Please beware of this agency and their irresponsible and unapologetic staff

GoogleApplied for a property waited 3 days after giving documents and was given no response to say it had been given to someone else. Unprofessional as I did send follow up emails but nobody wanted to respond, called one last time to be told by another agent it had been given to another person for an unlogical reason. Terrible customer service. The agent supposedly helping couldn't answer any of my questions about the property, kept saying she'd had to ask the landlord but seemed very disinterested in helping me with the information and was completely ignored after the application.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThe 3rd house Ian/Mantons has sold for us or a family member, and the service was as professional as ever. Excellent communications, images that not only made the property look stunning, but captured the feel of the house too. Spot on again with valuation, viewings straight from their client list before it went live on Rightmove, and sold, at asking, within a week. Have recommended them since our last move, and will continue to do so. Thank you all again.

I have had a generally excellent experience with Mantons. I purchased a buy-to-let property through them a year and a half ago and they have been managing the property since. We are very happy with the property they sold us and the handling of the purchase was generally very good, barring just a few occasions when correspondence took a while to be answered. That said, their management of the property since then has been very good indeed, be it finding tenants, handling repairs or getting necessary checks and certificates done. Every matter that arises has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ian Manton, the manager has been very easy to work with and his attention to the property has allowed us, as overseas landlords, to relax that the place is in good hands, which I guess is what any landlord is essentially looking for. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleUnder-valued our property from the start, no apparent effort to get us the best price despite loads of interest/offers, poor communication in the run-up to exchange and completion. When we pulled out due to difficult to meet demands further down the chain, i received several ranting, bullying, and really aggressive emails from Ian himself. We still sold to the buyer Mantons found but that was only due to us sorting out the problems with the buyers direct.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleWe were pleased with our choice to go with Mantons Estate Agents. We had wanted to use a smaller, local firm than one of the big national agents due to poor experiences in the past. Each person we dealt with at Mantons behaves like a human being...not a stereotypical estate agent. It was a bumpy ride at times, selling a house is incredibly stressful, we made it.
