There was no hard sell, no pressure, no unrealistic promises just practical advice all the way through. Such a pleasing change. I had a wonderful and professional experience with both Rosina and Nicole who helped me through the whole process. They did a great job keeping me informed and keeping the lines of communication going through the process as it can be a daunting process. GoogleExcellent customer service, always answered our calls during the house buying process. Ian and his team members are very professional. We are first time buyers and he helped us more than our solicitors. Ian is a very busy person. Brilliant communication, always returned our calls. It is a very long process but they provided us with lots of guidance. Lovely Dawn is always quick to help in all situations. 100% recommended for buying and selling.
