Chris Davies sold our flat this year quickly. They kept us updated at least once a week, by email. I have to say they gave us excellent service throughout the procedure. We have reccommended them to family and friends.Special thanks to Andrew and Lisa who made it quite painless.

This was a lengthy and protracted sale and the support we received was exemplary. Throughout the whole process there was always someone at the end of the telephone to listen, suggest solutions and then to be pro-active in chasing resolution. Not a very good estate agent please be carefull with there rentals and there enquiries they asked for a deposit of £250 at 5.25 pm and then phoned me at 9.30 am next day and said I failed and money was non refundable amazing they close at 5.30 open at 9 am robbing thieves

This is really disappointing to receive Gavin. The information provided with regards to your application to rent a property (back in January 2023!) was not totally accurate and the landlord then reserved their right not to move forward with your application and the holding deposit is lost as a result and as explained on the form in the first instance. I wish you well for the future.

As first time buyers our experience of dealing with Angharad through the Barry office was fantastic. She maintained consistent communication throughout the process with regular updates and helping to flag issues with the solicitors so that we could nip things in the bud and keep things moving. The team at Barry branch have been amazing during these challenging times. The COVID 19 virus did not deter their efforts in securing the sale of our house. They kept us up to date regularly, kept us calm when times became extremely difficult during lockdown, always with a positive attitude. Would thoroughly recommend them.
