H&H have recently provided an effective and professional sales service in the sale of our mum's house. The sale was quite complex with multiple interested parties and this, compounded by Covid constraints, did create some communication challenges in the initial few weeks. Once these were clarified the service was exemplary and all charges were in line with the initial offer. I would have no reservations in using them in the future.

Googlehi i would never recommend this establishment to any potential buyers out there. left numerous emails and answerphone messages but never seem to get a reply unless you ring 7/8 times and still then they say they never seem to receive any emails or messages. the lady that does the viewing has no knowledge or offers any help or advice and seems non-interested in selling the property to you. my advice is to keep well away from the estate agent as they are very selective in their means of contact and have shocking customer service and terrible phone answering skills, save your money and go elsewhere.!!

FacebookCould not be happier with the service provided by Hilton and Horsfall! Every aspect was done so professionally! The photos were phenomenal and no extra fee's like other estate agents! My house sold within 24hrs for a substantial amount above asking price. A huge selling point is their Facebook market, which gave us 4 booked viewings before right move had ever had chance to post the property! Who ever you deal with at H&H, you will get you 100%! I can't recommend these guys enough and cant understand why anyone would use any other agents. It beats the competition hands down on price, service and quality! Thanks again guys!
