Hassle free service

Very professional service - from viewing to exchange.....we had a few ''issues' in the process from other parts of the chain, but the communication was great from the team at all times., especially helpful as we were relocating from a distance. Only reason not 4 stars - when we viewed the house for the first time, there was another viewing immediately after us and we felt rushed at the end, as we would have liked to have a longer look around at our own pace, as we were only in the area for day - a minor point

I think the staff went out of their way to be helpful and find out information we wanted before we made a decision. After the offer, there was some input to check things were progressing - which we had none of with a recent Exeter agent.
