FacebookAfter originally listing with another agent and being extremely dissatisfied by their lack of professionalism and integrity, I approached NestledIn to sell our Mother's house. Not only were they open, honest and extremely understanding, they sold the house for a higher figure than the previous agent had achieved.The process was quite complicated as we had LPA, during the sale our mother died and the buyer had some issues with their mortgage. NestledIn (and in particular, Kate), kept us updated, offered advice where needed and was very supportive and patient. I have recommended NestledIn to many friends and family and will certainly use them again in the future.They all went above and beyond to maintain our privacy and made such a terrible time in our lives so much easier.Thank you to you all & good luck, Kate in your new career!

FacebookPersonally I found all the staff knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We loved all of Steve’s promo and advertising stuff when we were on the market after initially being with another agent and not having had any viewings. We sold quite quickly after receiving a few offers so for us it was definitely worth the move! Thanks to all at NestledIn

GoogleUsed Nestledin to sell my apartment in Elsecar after a recommendation from Hayley Perry and am so happy I did !!! Put it on the market on the Sunday and by the following Wednesday had an offer above the asking price !! They arranged all the relevant documents ie EPC and kept us informed on a regular basis! They were also very reasonably priced and had an excellent social media strategy to aim my property at the right audience! Thanks for all your help 👍

GoogleHaving watched Nestledin on social media for a while and being impressed, I opted to go with them to sell my house. From the initial valuation with Steve right through to the completion, I have been really happy and impressed. A special mention for Jan, who kept us updated constantly throughout the process and was superb in her knowledge and tenacity in getting things done on time. Hoping not to need an estate agent ever again, but would use Nestledin again in a heart beat if I needed to. Thanks guys, job well done.

FacebookProfessional and approachable, the staff constantly keep you informed at every stage of the proceedings and are very reliable. Any time there is a problem they will chase it up and they work very hard to get you over the line.I would recommend this firm unreservedly as the support which is on offer is rarely found with other estate agents.

From the first valuation visit with Steve to the completion call from Jan they were amazing!!! had a slight issue but Jan and Donna where amazing at getting us sorted so the chain didn't collapse. can't reccomend them enough!!
