GoogleWhat can i say had bad experience on 2014 trying to sell my house with william h brown after 2 years and 1 of the years with no viewings at all i took it down. July this year we decided to try again but with Hunters seeing boards going quickly we gave them a try and within 1 month we sold. Amazing photos done by Rob, Dan for his determination and also rest of the team will be recommending Hunters and will use them in near future. Big thankyou guys

We had so many issues in our rented property and they never came and sorted them due to this we moved out. We had left our house in a very clean state and only the problems we had when we moved in had been left they tried to take our full bond off us and more. They are horrific and I wouldn’t recommend using them and I certainly won’t be ever again.

FacebookI have just completed on my house sale through 4Sale2u! I have nothing but great things to say about the staff there. From Robert to Sean and everyone (Jack/Zack?) in between, they have kept me informed and updated on progress & with ideas for a successful sale. Sean even rang me today to congratulate me! A small, independent company with a powerful, professional & passionate culture for great customer service. I'm so glad I chose them to sell my house. Recommended.

I made enquiries about a house for sale in grimsby , and received a basic could not care less email , it did not answer my question, and hastened to add they have no properties in the price range ,I WONDER WHY????very poor customer service , never again with grimsby branch . They could not even find time to put my name on emails. Thats twice in 6 months they have failed .

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

GoogleIf anyone is thinking about w selling their home I would definitely recommend Hunters, as soon as my mums house went on the market Hunters managed to flood people through the door and sold in a week!! Both me and my mum never lost contact with Hunters until the property completed as they helped us through with solicitors! Cannot appreciate the team for their work enough, a massive thank you to you all.

GoogleI am currently buying a house from sellers using Hunters and are nearly at the completion stage. I have found the staff at the Barnsley office to be friendly, helpful and very professional. It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it.
