Prickett and Ellis have worked with us both in terms of marketing our property, and in terms of helping us with a purchase, and Tyler has kept us updated regularly and thoughtfully; we have never felt out of the loop, all our queries have been very rapidly responded to, and this is genuinely the best experience we have had with an estate agent over the years. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Professional, courteous, but above all excellent communication at every stage - this really makes a huge difference when going through the stress of buying or selling. GoogleI was unsure about which Estate Agent to go to. Neighbours recommended Prickett & Ellis so I asked them to sell my late mother's property. I'm grateful to my neighbours for recommending them as they were courteous, friendly and efficient. I dealt mainly with Nyall and Tyler but even when they weren't available the whole team worked well together and made the whole process as easy as possible. Excellent service. Thank you.

From the start, Nyall approached our sale with enthusiasm and vigour and was confident that the asking price would be achieved, which indeed it was. He acted to protect our interests whilst at the same time accommodating the buyers’ requirements and queries. He always responded and communicated quickly and worked well with our solicitors. GoogleWe have no hesitation in recommending Prickett and Ellis. They knew their markets and had potential buyers lined up for viewings within a week. We had two offers before the sale went up on their website, and the house was sold within two weeks of my dropping by their office in Alexandra Park. The team were supportive of each other and of us, and we had every confidence in them throughout the whole process. They made it all very simple and, moreover, were friendly and helpful. We will certainly use them again, should the occasion arise.

GoogleI had a good experience with Prickett & Ellis. The staff were polite, non-pushy, honest and helpful. There were no underhand tactics or lies. There was good communication within the office and they kept me up-to-date. They were respectful towards my property when doing viewings. Nothing was broken, and the doors and windows were left locked. Thank you Prickett & Ellis.

Absolutely shocking service, feel furious I had to pay them anything at all. No communication- constantly didn’t reply to calls and emails, sold the house and never even spoke to the agent- shocking! He avoided us in the street as he knew we’d ask him to answer the emails, and once even told me he had couldn’t answer my emails as was so so busy and had to dash off to an appointment so couldn’t talk and then went straight in to the local Irish pub to watch the euros!! Some of the team were helpful and friendly but the agent who sold our property unfortunately was really disinterested. Didn’t even communicate the day we exchanged or completed- all contact we had was through the solicitors. Such a shame

When my parents wanted to sell their house in East Finchley, we looked at a few estate agents but went with Prickett & Ellis because they came across as most prepared and professional at the meetings and looked to have a good list of people interested in the area already. We weren't disappointed - we had viewings lined up even before the photos had gone up in their windows and the whole process proceeded remarkably smoothly and swiftly. Highly recommended.
