She is lovely yet professional and exceeded our expectations (and continues to do so). She went down with us to see the place for a second time to take measurements, and even helped us decide on the tricky furniture layout in the living room!! She made sure we got the few extras we asked for, flexibility in some deadlines, and a nice welcome gift as a wonderful gesture when we arrived! GoogleWe've been in touch with Jay and Morelondon for a while whilst looking for a house in NW11. The area has many willing buyers but it felt very refreshing the way we've been taken care of by Jay. The ease of comm, guidance and even pure regularity of calls / check ins we haven't seen from other agents just 2 months after registering. GoogleSince Vasilis Xrisikos has taken on our proerty, the management has been much more efficient. His response time is quick and easy to deal with.
Before he came on the scene things were not great, we went through 3 different people in the space of a couple of months and things just werent getting sorted. So 4 stars for Vasilis Xrisikos but less so for Moreland.
