GoogleJay and Talal helped me to sell a 2-bed flat, and I just wanted to say how helpful their service was. I got the price valuations from 3 different estate agents initially, and Moreland stood out as the best with the good insight knowledge of the nearby streets. They came back with the realistic expectations of the timeframe of the sales too, and I always felt informed of exactly what was going on. The photographer took lovely photos of the flat too, and the flat got sold instantly with only 2 viewings.

GoogleJay at Moreland looked after us brilliantly. We were late for a viewing because of transport delays but he was kind and patient about this. He was well informed and liaised with the vendors quickly and professionally. He was exceptionally easy to get hold of and responded speedily to texts and emails. He liaised really quickly with our surveyor, as he knew that we were desperate to move as soon as possible. I would not hesitate to use him again if I want to move in the future for any reason. I would also recommend him and Moreland Sales.
