They kept us in the picture at all times. They put together a brilliant marketing package and their vetting procedures ensured that all of the prospective buyers were seriously interested. GoogleI contacted Moreland to get a market valuation of a house for probate purposes and spoke with James Halford. He visited the property at short notice and was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss the current market with us and explain the basis for his valuation. He had a warm, personable demeanour and was happy to answer any questions we had. He was efficient in sending the valuation letter and kept in contact afterwards. I would not hesitate to work with James again in future.
