Her handling of a tricky sale was was managed with professionalism and excellent communication. Would highly recommend , and this is after researching most of the local estate agents . From the outset, we always felt that they really knew all aspects of their business . Great to see high service standards still exist.

Very very dishonest estate agents play a lot of mind games deliberately mess up viewings. If you are trying to sell your house they only provide viewings with selectively and bias towards their contacts to deliberately reduce your property value. AVOID

Michael Wright Estate Agents, has been successfully running for the last 45 years with an excellent reputation for high achievement, honesty, integrity, trust, efficiency and friendliness, together with a high degree of renewed business and recommendations. We always aim to give the highest level of service. This particular review was from a gentleman who rang the office and upset one of the nicest and calmest of employees. As Senior Partner, I then took over the call and was met by an irate and antagonistic gentleman. He is truly the 1% that one can never please. We have recently had 2 very derogatory 1* Reviews from people that we have actually had no dealings with. They are either mistakes, or people that wish to downgrade our good name.

I felt compelled to write a review about these estate agents to warn others and to express my disappointment and disgust. Myself and my partner are first time buyers who had an offer accepted on our first flat. The flat was taken off the market (supposedly) but the agents continued to show it to others to get more money. We know this is correct as a brochure for our property was sent to a family member via their personal email from the agent. This was not a mistake so if a reply is posted here do not try to deny this fact. Not only did we pay for solicitors searches (that CHRISTINE and FAYE both knew about) but also spent over £1000 on a full structural survey. Why not tell us you were trying to get more for the property before we spent our money. Do you think we have money to waste as first time buyers? Christine and Faye called us and asked us for money to match another offer that had been made after we had spent all the money (why had an offer been made on the property at this point confused me?) and we said you have by the end of the week to tell us. THREE WEEKS LATER and still no response. What a beautiful, reputable company that is trustworthy and honest…NOT! Then they have the cheek to email me a property list without even calling in to apologise or tell us what’s going on with the property. They were happy to take our money in the beginning until they got someone else to make their own commission better. Selfish and disgusting way to conduct business. I’ll be spreading the word. Kind regards, I’ll never be using you again and I suggest you do not use this company either.

Professional, determined and knowledgeable. I used this estate agent because they have a very good reputation and are known to really work hard for the seller. I made the right decision too: they exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased indeed. They fought to keep to my asking price and I got it. I am abroad and needed to sell my flat in the UK. This was not a problem for Christine Michael who kept me well informed as she coordinated everything from start to finish: getting the keys, photographing the flat, clearing it, and then being a liaison between the buyers and sellers solicitors. Every query was dealt with quickly and methodically - you are paying for someone whose experience shows. Only when there are problems (and every property sale has unique hiccups) do you appreciate why you need established determined and experienced estate agents. The valuation of the flat was good and considered: Christine knows the market and it shows. For the money I paid, I got a much greater amount than expected and I had all the worries sorted out for me. I would use them again.

I was at the end of a long chain and Christine personally kept me updated all the way through, and chased the chain all the way through to ensure my sale went through . I have dealt with Michael Wright Estate Agents in Cockfosters both in the letting and the sale of my late mother’s bungalow. They were able to rent my late mother’s bungalow for a period of 6 months until Probate came through and even though the bungalow was considerably further afield they did a better job than the local agents. I am extremely grateful to Christine Michael and the staff for their hard work, politeness, honesty, trustworthiness and professionalism. They were understanding and most importantly caring throughout the difficult moments of my bereavement. I would definitely highly recommend Michael Wright in either lettings or sales and would certainly use them again should I decide to sell or purchase in the future. I have also recommended Michael Wright to my family, friends and to my sister who at the time was looking to sell and had also successfully sold her property through them and was very happy with their efficiency (and truly, as stated in Michael’s Wright’s recorded answer phone message, they do go that “extra mile”!).
