From start to finish, I felt the service I recieved at Michael Wright was tailored to me and my needs. Both Nick and Faye were in contact with me every step of the way whether it was to inform me of viewings, questions or to just keep me updated on progress during my eventual sale. I didn't feel at any point that I was just a "customer" and they were looking for commission, they geniunely made me feel like they cared about me and the process. I would definitely recommend Michael Wright to anyone looking to buy or sell a property

I selected Michael Wright after asking them and two other local estate agents to assess our flat in Oakwood on the same day. All were competent but I'm delighted that I chose this firm. The service offered by Christine and Nick was outstanding. They behaved professionally throughout, securing several offers and ultimately a satisfactory deal. They cajoled the buyer and two recalcitrant solicitors through the process and (just about) managed to stop me throwing my toys out of the pram. Highly recommended.

Really simple and easy to book viewings and MW were very accommodating when we wanted to take our parents to look at our first potential home once our offer had been accepted. Special thanks to Christine who was assertive and confident in guiding and advising us as first time buyers! As much as you can research and read about the house buying process online/find out from friends, it was really helpful to have someone with a wealth of experience on your side prepared to help out with the (annoyingly slow) solicitors and make sure you're asking the right questions. Drew was absolutely fantastic!!! I originally started looking at the back end of 2017 and he was very patient with me and never tried to push me even though It took me 6 months to find the perfect property. I can't recommend him and Michael Wright enough for the excellent customer service skills and there willingness to go out of there way. They actually listen to your requirements and show you properties within that criteria and were one of the only estate agents I dealt with that did this. Cannot recommend these people enough and if you want to buy or sell in the Cockfosters, North London region, look no further then Michael Wright!

The staff at Michael Wright worked hard to ensure that the sale of my house went smoothly. During the first week of sale I had 22 viewings. Christine valued my property correctly (something other estate agents tend to inflate to get their business) and arranged suitable potential buyers to view. We sold within the week. I would particularly like to thank Christine for the incredible effort and professionalism shown during an extremely stressful time with a very difficult buyer on my second property. It’s quite incredible that she came out to see me on a Sunday (her day off) and on another occasion missed a wedding reception to come and try to solve another problem. Now that’s what I call going above and beyond the call of duty! I have lived in Cockfosters for over 40 years, and Michael Wright Estate Agents' (and particularly Christine's) reputation locally is outstanding. Christine’s attitude to her clients is impeccable. I have to thank as well congratulate Nick and Christine for being dynamic in their outlook, finding solutions when the going got tough and pushing what became a very complex chain at the right times to deliver results to me as a buyer and the vendor I was purchasing the property from.
