GoogleOh god it’s really bad service I have been in UAE,Singapore etc Never got this kind of an experience They are saying like ,I am in a good mood so may be I will talk to client like that Rude about money Very bad customer service Very bad dealings

GoogleOne of the worst estate agents in London. The photos of properties are not the ones they take you to see and once you find somewhere your interested in they push the price up. The agents I have met have all been very rude and aggressive and a colleague of mine who also used the agents was asked to pay a holding deposit TWICE after they 'lost' the record saying it had been paid. Avoid this estate agents at all costs!

GoogleBeen a very happy client of Jayson Russell for the past three years as they manage some of the family's portfolio in North West London. Both Dan and Russell are extremely professional, very reliable and always on hand to take care of our tenancies and are a pleasure to work with. In fact, we only deal exclusively with them now on our lettings because of the good service thus far.

GoogleWe have been looked after by Jayson Russell estate agency for couple of years. Renting houses for almost a decade, from various agencies in London, myself and my husband can swear this to be the most friendly, helpful and effecient agency we have dealt with so far! All team in there are outstanding characters with limitless patience and coherent solutions! We both would recomment them highly. Exceptional thank you to Russell and Maria!

GoogleTheir agents are so unprofessional, not friendly and the pictures advertised on the internet is nothing compared to what you see in the property.

GoogleI have to say that dealing with this company has been very easy indeed and after being a tenant in 3 of their managed properties throughout my student time at middlesex university I couldn't have asked for a better service, and I also got all of my deposits returned which now-a-days is a plus !

GoogleBest agency in the hendon area. A recommend place for all your housing needs.

GoogleWere a great estate agents at first, before I turned up to an arranged viewing for them to accuse me of cancelling, when I went to rearrange they then told me the properties were no longer available, convenient. They then failed to turn up to future arranged viewings, I wouldn't waste my time!

GoogleVery Happy with their service. The Best thank you.

GoogleThey gave me the worst experience ever for viewing a property. Minus one professionalism. They made me feel I was begging them for a place to live rather than a customer. This experience made me mistrust the agent as whole.
