It was a real joy to work with Eli. There are so many agents in the area and it can be a headache trying to choose the right agent, often you only really know if theyre not the right agent when things have already gone wrong. Eli was efficient and worked hard to get us the right price for the property we were selling. Communication and feedback was excellent and I really cant find any fault in the work he did, it was a real pleasure and what one would think is a stressful experience, was a real breeze with Eli's guidance.

Elis contact 'book' really is fantastic. No sooner had he advertised our property off market than our purchaser had been identified, reaching very close to asking price and without having to show the property to others. This is, if I may, is Elis USP - his ability to draw on such a wide contact list to get maximum reach. Beyond that, Eli is a mensch to deal with and helped grease the wheels when necessary as part of the process. Really grateful for all of his help and would definitely recommend!

I highly reccomend Eli as being a dream Estate agent and in this case that is not a contradiction in terms.

Eli showed great professionalism, care, patience and market knowledge when selling our property (and all with a sense of humour too!). This just reinforced the idea that there is no substitute for the extra care one often gets with a small local business as compared with large chains who often give the impression of seeking a quick sale rather than looking after the customer's best interests.
