GoogleI have been a landlord with elegant property group for around one a half to almost two years. Whilst we may have had our disagreements in regards to the terms of our tenancy we have also come to an agreement which is suited for both of us and my tenants.
I can only speak from my experiences that I have dealt with them hence the middle score review.

GoogleBunch of non compliant people.
Beware... using these agents could become very costly for you.
They are a bunch of dodgy cowboys that make up references for their own financial gain. These agents have caused me a lot of stress. They didnβt check my tenants landlord reference, they made up employers references. They are now being investigated.
The property ombudsman ruled in my favour as regards to their inadequate checks.
Do yourself a huge favour and find another agent.

They are a bunch of dishonest cowboys.
Beuse of their incompetence, and flagrant disregard to do due diligence on tenants - I am left with people who can not pay rent, are benefit frauds and who never should have been allowed to rent my property. This agent lied about doing proper checks - and Iβm left in a complete mess with people who refuse to leave. The struggle continues.

GoogleAwful company, don't use them. I've asked for a copy of the inventory I was charged for and wasn't delivered, the agent told some pathetic story that they don't keep copies. I asked for the name of the company who did the inventory and despite chasing 3 times nothing. Disgraceful, the tenant they provided didn't pay rent on time. Avoid at all cost. If I could give 0n stars I would.
