GoogleA terrible disrespectful approach to the customers. Have no courtesy to call back when promissed, or inform that property that they are trying to book a slot to view for you is already gone. after initial call yesterday I have been told that they will contact owner to arrange a viewing of the property as they did not even have keys at the time to let viewers in. I waited for couple of hours and called back again, since did not hear back from them . A staff member who answered sounded irritated and said she will only get an answer from the owner in the evening as they are at work day time and that she will update me asap. I haven't heard anything back till this morning and called back the agent myself to learn that flat was already gone. Which is fine but I questioned why I never get an update. Management did not seem to care at all about the customer service that their staff deliverer and instead of taking the feedback on, confronted saying that his staff does not have to call back although customer is waiting for the confirmation, forget the apology itself. Never heard this in my entire life! Would never recommend anyone to deal with company who does not care for their customers and does not even intend to improve. Awful, awful experience.

GoogleDefinitely wouldn't recommend. Took them two months to replace an appliance that broke down. Demanded access to the property every few weeks. Hired renovation workers who were consuming alcohol and leaving empty cans on the property. Blocked access to electricity meters. Were responsive and easy to get in touch when it suited them, but once we needed something - radio silence for days/weeks. Edited on 14th November: I will not remove my review as this is an accurate reflection of my experience with EPG. Dear EPG team, do not ask me again to remove it.

GoogleThe company pretends to do their work. This agency can not perform a proper reference check for a self-employed person. All they do is checking the numbers in the last year`s tax return and deviding them by thirty. A primary school pupil can perform that without a calculator. I have an impression that they are seriously ready to let a property to an unemployed person who can provide last year`s tax return confirmation. On the other hand, they do not accept any proof of current income. That means that the prospective tenant should have worked for at least two years in the UK to be able to rent through this agency. When I asked what I should do if I had been working abroad, the agent answered that this was my problem. This is a rude and inappropriate way to talk to a customer. I consider this agency`s reference policy discriminating without any genuine intention to meet the tenant`s needs. They are not even trying to make sure there will be "something for everyone", as stated on the website. I have found this agency disappointingly useless.

GoogleMy previous tenants who elegant properry group found for me moved out of the property earlier than their tenancy agreement which I was unhappy with. However in less than one week they found me replacement tenants who I am very happy with. Especial thanks to Ali who put in so much time and effort. Have a great christmas guys a well deserved break

GoogleI have been this estate agency’s tenant for about two years. I can only speak from my experience. They have been very helpful and problem solving people. They even try to help you out of hours if you have issues with the property. The director Mr Mehrali is such a helpful man who is always available to contact in case of emergencies. I have had such a great experience being their client and am very satisfied with the service they provide.

Even my previous landlord is now using another estate agent for their property which says a lot... if it wasn't for the nice landlord and really liking the property, I wouldn't have wasted my time, these guys ran circles and made renting a pain, you just want to give up even trying to rent with them. GoogleDO DO USE- FRAUDSTERS, please see attached images of ruling from Property Ombudsman. This agent is a liar, they know exactly who we are. The directors are frausters- do not accept any tenants recommended by these fraudsters Don’t not use this agency- they have produced fraudulent homelet references. This agency, elegant property group, is not trustworthy. They falsified homelet reports, if you check with Homelet referencing agency, they will verify that Elegant Property Group supplied a landlord with fraudulent references so that they would take on some non credit worthy tenants. They did this to earn a fee of £900 of which they have still not refunded. They are money grabbers who will commit fraud and go to any length for gain. Since this has happened , they have actively sought reviews on google. Notice how recent all of these reviews are, they have all been posted since these guys have been exposed. I wonder how many of these reviews are genuine. PLEASE TAKE MY WORD, THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL GET WHAT THEY DESERVE. THE AUTHORIES ARE AWARE OF THEM. DO NOT USE THEM. IF YOU DO, DOUBLE CHECK ALL DOCUMENTS. ALSO CHECK ALL THE REVIEWS THAT HAVE SUDDENLY APPEARED. CHECK THE NAMES OF THE REVIEWERS. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID.
