GoogleI am on multi agency contract to let out my flat. While another agent successful let out my flat for me , ashmore agent become angry and refused to return me my house keys . I find this very unprofessional to use my keys as a ransom. This problem has just been resolved by Philip , the director , who has gone the extra miles to rectify it . I appreciate Philip taken it seriously and following it through . Now I have the key back and will use ashmore again in future.

GoogleAfter renting many places with UK landlords and letting agencies, I can say with certainty that my experience these past few years as a tenant with Ashmore and Co has been hands down the best yet. Mohamed in particular has been a delight - he's always quick to respond and help us if there's any issue in the flat or to answer questions we might have. We're sad to be moving away but if we ever come back to NW London we know who we'll be renting with!

They are extremely helpful and efficient and keep us fully informed at all times. They found us the perfect tenants and we will definitely be using them in the future.
