This means we have ensured excellent tenants who have looked after our properties and always paid their rent on time. Cannot praise Ashmore highly enough and particularly Mohammed. I had a small flat on to let for months with another local agent and despite a large number of visits and 'nearly' done it , they could not succeed to let it. Gave the job to Mohammed and he let it in the first week to an ideal tenant couple. He attended to all the paperwork and ensured everything was done properly and professionally. What could be better.

I had a horrible situation happening to me where the landlord I was supposed to move backed out 1 day before receiving the keys from him.This happened with another top lettings agency which starts with F. For 2 weeks we were continuously searching(and living in an Airbnb) for a new house and finally we found it through Ashmore & Co and more importantly through Mohamed. He is already a star as you can see through the reviews mentioning him and he absolutely deserves it. I was feeling so grateful to finally have a home in this time of uncertainty. Thank you Mohamed and thank you Ashmore & co for helping us found our home. ❤️ UPDATE: After 2 years we had to move again and we used Ashmore&Co once again. Mohamed was the person who looked after us which made us so happy as we worked with him before as stated in the original review. He managed to find us a perfect place and exactly how we wanted it and was there anytime we needed help. I cant recommend this company and Mohamed more because truly they are doing an amazing job. I found the agency online as I used to walk past their office when I was a previous student at Middlesex University. I was looking to move and turned to Ashmore and Co for help to find the perfect studio flat. I spoke to Mohamed who was really helpful and professional. Viewed the perfect studio flat and after 1 week and 3 days I had the keys and moved in! Mohamed supported me and kept me updated during the whole process and had continuous communication via email and phone. I couldn't be happier in my new place and can't thank Ashmore and Co enough, especially Mohamed! Recommend 100%

We are renting through Ashmore & Co for a few years and are very happy with service they provide. Our landlady is very hard to reach, but Phillip is always very helpful and dealing with any problems, if we have any with our property. He even came himself in the late hour in freezing temperatures to help fix the boiler when it was freezing and the outside pipes frozen! That for me is outstanding service and going beyond his duties! Highly recommended!

They acted very unprofessional and intransparent. The individual whom I dealt with kept me hanging for around 15 months on something, only to be told (after I chased up, for the umpteenth time) that the properties weren't available anymore. The treatment & manner in how they dealt with me was totally unacceptable, and I do not recommend dealing with them. They seem in it just for themselves, and will likely favour whoever ''looks after them'' the nicest.

They were very rude! We called fisrt time and they said they would call back next day, they did not. We called them again and told them we were very interested in the flat and they told us they would call in the afternoon, they did not. We called them AGAIN next day and they told us in a very rude way that they were very busy and did not have time for us. So unprofessional and very shameless. Do not waste your time with them.
