Absolutely useless. Can’t answer the phone, call back or email without a 3 month delay. They all have the title manager in their titles but I honestly don’t know how they still have clients. The other reviews are just testament to the level of staff here.

What this company tries to get away with is criminal. They find any excuse not to deal with issues at a property and try to grab money from you at any given opportunity. Customer service is abysmal and your concerns are ignored. Look elsewhere! Would give zero if I could.

Really bad agency ! Avoid at all costs .Had a booking for a viewing programmed , they called to confirm in the night and in the day of the viewing they cancelled saying there are too many viewers . Very unprofessional.
