Zero stars for Andrews Leasehold Management SW team...have been trying to get a tenant's roof repaired since 12th February. We have left countless telephone messages, e mails, and have even a member of Andrews Lettings team has e mailed our our behalf, pleading for help. Shocking lack of service, empty promises and no results....STILL waiting for a response....

GoogleThe worst agency in the world, poor service with arrogant professionals. Tip, even if you find the best deal on this agency, think carefully before closing the deal, because after you close the deal, everything you need from the agency will be a nightmare, they hinder you more than help you. I wish I had never done business with this agency.

Having organised a viewing for a property at 4.45 today and no one has showed and no one answered any calls.Very unfair seeing as I left work early and had to get a bus to and from the property. When’s the viewing was booked there was no left agreed. Very disappointed and unfair

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience of my life. False advertisement of property and lies, lies, lies from start to finish!! I can’t stress this enough, please go with another estate agents! I can’t put into words how terrible the service I received from Andrews was. Look at the other reviews on here and AVOID!!!!!

GoogleThe worst agency I've ever had in my life. Even having paid the first rent and renovations in advance, they always charged ridiculous fees and never helped at all with the flat, they always rolled over and asked to speak to the Landlord. Besides, most of then are rude and arrogant. I’ll never step closer to this agency again.
