We are sorry to see your 1-star rating and disappointed that you feel this way about your experience with Adam Hayes. As this review relates to the same transaction referred to in another recent review, we have already provided a detailed response explaining the circumstances surrounding the purchase and the issues relating to the lender’s requirements and cladding documentation. We would simply reiterate that Adam Hayes has successfully sold and completed on numerous properties within this development and was therefore able to use our previous experience to advise and assist throughout this transaction. The seller, Adam Hayes and both sets of solicitors also made repeated efforts to obtain further information and clarification from the managing agent. Unfortunately, the difficulties encountered in this particular transaction ultimately related to the requirements of the buyers’ lenders and the documentation they were prepared to accept, rather than a lack of effort or assistance from Adam Hayes. We appreciate that the situation was frustrating for everyone involved, but we are disappointed that our considerable efforts to assist in progressing the purchase have not been reflected in your rating. We remain proud of the service we provide to our clients and wish you all the best for the future.
