As a german student it was really hard to find a decent flat in the UK. Considering the long distance and the current Pandemic situation it was impossible for me to arrange a viewing in person, but Lettings Negotiator Norbert Sobczak has proven to be incredibly helpfull, friendly and patient with me. He responded to all of my questions and querries as soon as he could and as detailled as I needed it (being german and fairly young - I had ALOT of questions). Long story short: I've moved into a great flat thanks to this agency and Norbert in particular. Thank you. :)

Saskia showed us a property in Finchley. She was very informative, polite and helpful. She highlighted the benefits of the property and area well, and gave her honest opinion in response to our inquiries. Considering there were tenants in the property she made us feel at ease.

Charlie Kibblewhite in Adam Hayes is handsome, easy-going and effective. He always replies my email in less than 10 minutes, ironning out the problems and giving me very constructive suggestions. He is the key for my purchasing this property in one and a half month since the first view.

I had a number of Estate Agents round when I decided to put my property on the market. In the end, I decided to go with Adam Hayes to sell my property as they were the most knowledgeable and their valuation seemed the most accurate. …

Very professional! We have used their services for 3 properties (one sale, one purchase and one letting/management). The only star missing is for letting management issue. Otherwise, great experience compared with other agents we use in different areas of London.
