Marsh & Parsons Barnes Estate Agents is located on Church Road in the heart of Barnes, this office offers both residential sales and lettings. The central location of our office allows us to cover Barnes Village in its entirety as well as the surrounding areas of Sheen, Mortlake, Roehampton and Putney. Barnes, a hidden oasis, boasts a true village atmosphere offering boutique shopping, farmers markets, green spaces and the River Thames. The superior period properties that surround the village are bordered by the prestigious roads of Castelnau and Lonsdale Road and desirable mansion flats, high specification apartments in Harrods Village and charming cottages in Little Chelsea are all just a taste of the style of properties that Barnes has to offer. Barnes is served by fantastic bus links plus two overland stations with trains direct into Waterloo. Easy access to the A3(M), A4(M), are also unique selling points. Barnes is unlike any other area in London, once buyers invest here they never leave!

FacebookI recently sold my house in Barnes through Marsh and Parsons and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I have worked with quite a few agents over the past ten years and Sam Bide and Beau Mccarty stand out as professional and motivated as well as very nice guys. They also get lots of clients through the door, pretty important if you want to get your property sold quickly, resulting for me in a number of offers and a sale price that I was extremely happy with!

Later, when we decided to sell, Samuel and the Sales team did an excellent job in finding a buyer and negotiating an acceptable price. The sale went very smoothly and it only took five weeks from acceptance to completion. A big thank you to all at the Barnes office!

Overall we had a great service from M&P, although the sale did take longer than expected and the the pro-activity from the sales team did lose focus at a couple points during the process. Individually both David and Beau, were very professional and helpful - with Beau really helping to push completion over the line which was appreciated during a tricky sale.

Highly professional, friendly and always helpful. They went out of their way to make it their business to continually bother all parties involved in the chain and as such rescued the sale from the brink on many occasions.
