We are so happy wr chose GFW to help us sell my dad’s house because each person we met or spoke to on the phone were warm and friendly. Ellen is a great asset to the company, she took into account this was a family home and was sensitive to my dad’s needs, knowing he had lived in the house for a long time, she kept him in loop and chatted to him like a friend. As someone selling my house from a distance, it was so important to find an agency I felt I could rely on, and this was the immediate impression that Ellen and Aaron of GFW gave me. They answered all queries rapidly and guided me on a realistic sale price. Their flexibility in working weekends was a big plus for viewings. The house sold quickly - it made no difference that the agency is not based on the main high street. In fact, it probably kept the time wasters away. I would definately recommend them.
