Googleyes we are very unhappy, waited 3 month without any result even no one document was given to solicitor to start the legal process of selling... waist of time, take assurance from vendor that is it chain free otherwise it is not serious anymore ....

GoogleVery disappointed with purchase. first property bought. they miss sold me property. they put my life saving on risk. i learned that never trust people in marketing and sales. They told me that they work for seller benefit because they pay them. I will never recommend but if you buying from them be care full.

I am sorry to hear that you have been left disappointed, and I am happy to discuss this further with you. I remember you attending the office on the day of completion to collect the keys, where you gave a box of chocolates for the branch as a thank you, and were happy to have your picture taken collecting your keys, so I am shocked to hear you were not happy. We spoke after completion when you advised me that you had, had a disagreement with the landlord about the parking situation, but I explained that there was not a lot I can do to help as she is entitled to control the parking in front of the building as she owns the spaces and they are not spaces for the flat you bought, and were not included with the sale. Further from this, we explained exactly what you were buying and did not mis-sell the property to you, and it is your appointed legal advisers position to check all legalities and report those to you for you decide whether you proceed or not with the purchase. Again, I am sorry that you have been left disappointed, but I feel we at haart did everything we could to facilitate the transaction on the property you decided to purchase.
