He was fully on the case, ensuring I was kept informed of the buyer's position, and the process of putting in the offer and having it accepted has all gone very smoothly, with his help.

GoogleGreat service so far! Grant Spicer got an offer on our property within a couple of weeks. Very impressed. I’ll add another review upon completion Update: Do not use their recommended solicitors JS Law - appalling slow service. Our buyer was using the same ones. You’d think having both sides with the same company would be quicker - absolutely not. No chain, cash buyer - 6 months!! Avoid!

GoogleThe team at Haart Bar Hill are not good at attention to detail, amongst many issues before we had even started, we had to correct paperwork to be approved 4 times (which is fine, but the office manager didn't like being pulled up on this it seems). The company they use then nailed their sign to the existing sign and when we queried for this to be sorted so the other sign could be removed, the manager cancelled our sale contract and instead of apologising for all issues (during an extremely stressful time for us) he simply told us "we haven't got off on a good foot"... and so he is cancelling our contract rather than sorting the issues (wow!). I have been left very angry and I am very unimpressed and would avoid if when selling your house you want to be looked after / issues to be actually sorted, this company does not do that. A real shame, as we initially liked what was being offered to sell our property, taking a leap of faith to go with them and instead of being apologised to we were treated very poorly and simply left in the lurch. We are taking comfort in the fact that we now won't have to worry about future issues if this is the way they treat their customers.
We pride ourselves on creating a great working environment for both our clients and employees which is proven by the great ratings that we regularly receive. We understand that selling a property can be a very stressful time. As such we do all we can to be as accommodating to the needs of our clients, where possible. In your case we have apologised, that you feel we have not met the high standards we pride ourselves on. These comments along with previous, written and verbal communications are duly noted. GoogleHaarts have been professional and kept me posted all through the sale, when any news was available. Haart have now sold several houses for me recently. At times, this was stressful but only due to people in the chain itself dragging their heels. At no time was I waiting for Haart to do their job. I can honestly say that dealing with the staff at Haart was always as straightforward as possible and on a professional basis. Thanks especially to Ben and Harriet, who I had the most contact with for all their help.
