GoogleContacted Haart to get a valuation done on our property. The chap we spoke to on the phone was quite helpful but never followed up with an email as promised. They also never contacted our tenant as promised to arrange a time to go and value the property. I sent them a follow up email a week later asking for an update, that was nearly 2 weeks ago and they still haven't bothered to reply. I suspect they just have too much low hanging fruit at the moment so they will just ignore customers with jobs such as valuations that don't have an immediate cash benefit for them. When the market slows again it will serve them right if they struggle for business after treating their customers like that.
