This was our 2nd time using UPS. Deciding to downsize & putting our house on the market on Friday 13th March, just as a worldwide pandemic was announced probably wasn’t the best idea. Faith secured several viewings and we had a sale agreed just before lockdown. However our sale, along with the rest of the world went on hold. Despite unprecedented times, Jonathan kept in touch & guided us through the process, ensuring we were informed at every step of the way. When the removal day finally came at the end of September (we were in thee longest chain EVER!) it was traumatic, nothing at all to do with UPS, Jonathan stayed in touch, listening to our woes and offering advice. I can honestly say I wouldn’t consider any other estate agent.

If give me your name I will contact you, as our experience was very poor and unprofessional and if you can improve on this and stops others having same experience then I am happy to discuss. *** Very poor communication which turned in contact via text messages rather than phone call, 3 Fridays in a row just before 5pm text message with information that we then couldn't get clarification until Monday.
