Our experience with UPS as excellent. We reviewed the market and some were cheaper but the expertise we experienced with UPS was second to none and worth every penny. We dealt with partner ‘Jonathan Collins’ who was up to speed, very experienced and calm at every point. We had slight problems with the final sale of our house and Jonathan was there with us every step of the way to help move the sale to its final destination. I throughly recommend UPS.

I have been in the process of selling my late father's property in Bangor, remotely from from Surrey in England (which is not that easy sometimes). From the moment I initially entered the Bangor office, I felt that this was a highly professional and personable organisation. Jonathan Collins took me through the process in a very relaxed and most pleasant manner. We covered every aspect in total detail and I felt entirely confident leaving the matter in his hands as I returned to England. The valuation, marketing and ongoing management of the sale was both swift and efficient. Jonathan kept me up to date even during a relative lull in the market. When a potential buyer appeared, his handling of the client was excellent and price negotiation went exceedingly well. I cannot fault him in this respect. As we exchange contracts today, I would thoroughly recommend Jonathan and UPS Bangor to any seller. Absolute experts in the field and superb value for money.

Jonathan was our Agent and was superb throughout the entire process. He arranged viewings quickly and provided detailed feedback after each viewing. My sister (co-owner) lives in England which could have made the process a lot more complicated but he set up a WhatsApp group for the three of us in order that she was fully involved in the entire sale process. He was a great support even after the sale was agreed. Information was shared quickly and Jonathan went above and beyond to keep us fully informed as to what was happening at each stage. I would say that Jonathan was more 'on the ball' than any solicitor. Jonathan went above and beyond in selling our house, he quickly arranged viewers and we were sale agreed in less than a week. We asked Jonathan to take charge of the viewings due to the current times and he handled them with such professionalism.
