The best experience throughout our move was the input from the invaluable Alison at Bamber Bridge. She was amazing and made everything so much easier for me and my husband. She really did go above an beyond and made the stressful experience bearable. Cannot thank her enough.

TrustpilotSecond sale with this agent.
This is the second house we have sold with Reeds Rains in 4 years and the service both times has been spot on. This second time was all rush but everything went smoothly and we got a sale in under 24hrs.

TrustpilotReeds Rains Hazel Grove.
Reeds Rain Hazel Grove have been my agent for over 4 years. They manage my rental property and recently sold a house for me. They are professional and efficient as you would expect from a long established estate agent. The manager, Laura maintains quality control with a friendly face and the whole team are service minded. Great service as usual from Reeds Rains St Helens. I have used them as my primary letting agent for the last 3 years and couldn't recommend highly enough. Particularly excellent service from Ellie recently when it came to finding and moving a new tenant in.

TrustpilotVery poor level of service.
The staff in the local branch were helpful and good to deal with. After letting a property we were handed over to the central team in Southampton (the property being in Sheffield) and from there on the level of service was terrible. I would let rent a Reed Rains property again under any circumstances.

TrustpilotTHANK YOU RR CLEVEDON
Brilliant communication, everyone in the clevedon branch were absolutely brilliant, the only thing I would not recommend is going for the solicitors they recommend (absolutely awful - PPL). But to Reeds Rains Clevedon, thank you for making our first house purchase so brilliant!!!! :)))

TrustpilotGuisborough Branch , Very Helpful Girls
From start to finish Girls at Guisborough helped me and my partner massively. Understand everything that was going on being a new time buyer was a bit daunting , But after having a call with the ladies in the office just settled the nerves . Highly recommend ✨

TrustpilotThe team in Chester le Street have been…fantastic best service ever
The team in Chester le Street have been amazing. They keep in touch constantly with updates and advice. I really feel like part of the family. Vicki and Janet have always gone the extra mile and have always been at the end of the phone. Don’t go anywhere else these guys are the best there is.
