In today’s hard economic times for us all, when we are much too ready to moan and complain, I write with words of praise and thanks for Pinkerton Murray for the excellent service in the purchase of our new property. Jonathan for his key accompanied viewing just one hour after my visit to the office, a second viewing with just two hours notice and the five hour inspection for my surveyor when he turned up without notice. And of course Erin, with her very rapid responses to my many non legal questions and phone calls. Both are to be commended and I can only describe their customer service as beyond reproach. Many thanks again.

GoogleVery poor service rental agency , charge customer £50 for rent application, normal rent agency will stop accepting other applications, but they keep accepting more applications, most important for unsuccessful applicants, they wouldn’t refund ! I hand in my application and finish on line forms ASAP , after so much work , a phone call they said landlord accepted other applications! No professional manner , very untrustworthy agent , any customers try to avoid !
