GoogleAmazing 1st class service from start to finish. I have used many estate agents over the years but penny smyths are by far the best yet. They are so professional yet build a good rapport with you. They kept us fully informed each step of our house buying process. Nothing was too much hassle for them. Excellent service will miss having my chats with kerry. Keep up the great work.

FacebookIf Carlsberg did estate agents!!! Having sold my house in next to no time, Penny and Kerry found me a perfect new home. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I was kept informed every step of the way and Kerry turned, what should have been a very stressful time, into a calm and relaxed transaction. Can’t recommend them highly enough

GoogleGreat experience with Penny and her team. From initial chat explaining what they can provide, through to the photos being taken and conducting all the viewings; I have nothing but good things to say. Special shout out to the lovely Kerry who kept me informed regularly and always cheerfully took my calls and texts. 5 star.

GooglePenny is a fantastic Estate Agent. We chose Penny as our Agent to put our house on the market after meeting with a selection of local agents in Bangor. On reviewing all of their marketing photographs, videos, understanding who would host viewings etc and how we 'connected' to them, coupled with the cost of each Agent, Penny trumped them all. Penny is a warm, friendly, down to earth, local girl - equally balanced with great knowledge and professionalism in her role. We knew she was a safe pair of hands to leave our home in! The quality of Penny's photographer & videographer are excellent and speaks for itself if you view some of their work on her home listings! We knew that these marketing elements were vital to capture the interest quickly in our home. Penny's attention to detail in the listing complemented this perfectly. Having a young family, Penny worked around us to photograph and film the video tour. We were completely blown away with the final result - it was superb. The sales brochure was of a very high quality and we were so excited to get our house listed! Our house went 'live' on the web and after just a few days, Penny had 8 viewings listed for that weekend. Penny hosted the viewings for us which helped her to gauge peoples genuine interest and build the relationship with the viewers. This is what sold our home in just under 2 weeks of being live! Penny and her team kept us fully informed during those 2 weeks of all interest, offers and brought it quickly to closure in agreement with us on a final price. Right up until completion, Penny & team worked diligently to keep solicitors on track and ensure no hiccups! I can wholeheartedly recommend Penny as a one of a kind Estate Agent! Her tag line says it all - "big enough to manage, small enough to care!" Absolutely spot on! Thanks again Penny! Mark & Jennifer

FacebookMy first time selling and prepared myself for the long haul....how wrong was I. Without a doubt the most professional and helpful service. Penny and Caroline have went out of their way to accommodate both myself and my viewers. From the pics and video to the viewings everything has been seamless. My house has sold in just over 1 month and that's down to my estate agent actually selling on my behalf and not just putting my brochure on a shelf. Will highly recommend Penny Smyth to everyone I can. Thanks guys.
