GoogleMade to feel welcome. Not put under pressure. Given clear overview of their service with easy to understand folder. Very clear about costs from the start - no hidden extras. Small well organised team in Bangor Office. Arranged valuation without delay and had photographs and review on property websites quickly. Viewings arranged for us and flexible with regard to whether we wanted to show the vendors around or do it themselves. Good rapport throughout and good communication with vendor once sale agreed. Liaised well with solicitor and kept us informed of developments. Overall excellent service and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this agency to prospective vendors.
