I have been renting my home through Andrews and Gregg for almost 3 years now and I honestly couldn't fault a single thing about my experience. I have been renting via A&Gs for almost 3 years, and I will genuinely miss renting because of the experience they provided. From my first viewing to moving out, the team was always approachable and friendly and had everyone's best interests in mind. I always felt that I could trust them and knew that if anything happened I could rely on their word. To give an example, one year a part of my fence fell over (due to a storm), and they fixed it in no time, no hassle or stress, and they even fixed another bit down the garden to make sure it was secure. I’ve never dealt with a more client-focused estate agent than Andrews and Gregg. From the moment I contacted them about a potential purchase, they were helpful and fitted in with my limited availability to view. I subsequently invited them to value and market my property. They did a superb job with the listings and photographs and their suggested asking price was spot on. They showed a number of people round the flat and I had a very good offer within a week. Both Sharon and Alex were always available for any questions and offered lots of helpful advice on things like photos and pricing. Selling your house during lockdown was no easy task but Sharon, Chris and Alex were up to the task.
