GoogleFrom the very start of the process of selling my Mum’s house Emily has been very approachable, sympathetic and helpful. We lost our Mum very suddenly so it has been a difficult time. Emily kept in very close contact with us throughout the sale, keeping us informed as and when things were happening. She also answered and responded to emails and phone calls in an extremely timely fashion. Thank you.

GoogleThe Strutt & Parker team covering the Banbury area provided us an experience of the highest level I've experienced ever before. Out of four different Estate Agents, two valued our property at £725-750k and one valued it at £825k but Strutt & Parker at £850, guess what, they sold it at £860k. They went above and beyond for us and our buyer, some agents just use a phone of camera from the office for photo's, S&P have professional photographer they use. I wish the S&P team all the very best for 2025 and beyond and thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a DETACHED house with character .

Emily truly went above and beyond her role as an estate agent, ensuring we exchanged contracts before Christmas despite a stressful process. She kept us informed throughout and managed the chain seamlessly. Thanks to their dedication, we’ll soon be moving into our forever home, but we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker to friends and family. If we ever decide to move again in the future, they’ll be our first choice!

Having dealt with a significant number of different agencies across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire in recent months in search of a suitable rental, I can say with confidence that the team at Strutt & Parker are the best that I have dealt with. I viewed a number of good properties with Alice and Sam and the final one, a recommendation from Alice that had escaped my searches, was perfect. Alice and Sam are professional; efficient; personable and, with Sam's excellent comms and patience, made the whole experience a lot more bearable. I very much appreciated the way they organise their team so that you have a specific person handling your sale and can contact that person directly. Isabel Richardson did an amazing job handling my sale and facilitating my onward purchase which was problematic and involved difficult vendors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Strutt and Parker.
