Selling property within a desired timescale is a team effort these days, it requires a lot of work from the agent and the seller to be ready for the sale, as you were. Social media, coupled with all the IT tools at our disposal these days is pivotal, along with some of the more 'old fashioned' skills like regular face-to-face communication and spending the time to understand a clients specific needs. If your more interested in talking to agents with double barrel names, pearl necklaces and limited sales expertise then you should talk to someone else. We had four months of this before changing to F&C, three weeks later we had a sale.
