In over 40 years of buying and selling property in several regions of the UK,America,Greece and France we have never experienced such low standards. Incompetent, innaccurate,uncommunicative and discourteous.To add insult to injury, a failure to even achieve an offer on the property in over two months.

My experience with this company has been great, Rob Jackson, at the Southend branch has been very efficient through the whole process of renting a property which can be stressful especially as have pets ! I will definitely Be using them again !

The things we been through and the nerve cells we burned whilst renting through out Barkingside branch is unexplainable. We were also entered into different contract and are probably going to court as froudulent things has happened inside there. Try to avoid, to save time and nerves.

It's been easy from start and hopefully to finish this Saturday. Rob has more than met his obligations. Showing us round the house 3 times now so we can measure and plan our move. I'd definitely recommend the lettings team at bairstow eves southend

Bairstow eves estate agents left 90% of the viewings of the property that I was selling, to me to do. Communication with Bairstow eves, I found, was really difficult. I would definitely not recommend anyone use Bairstow eves estate agents.

Trustpilotabsolutely rubbish
absolutely rubbish! avoid! sales and mortgage advisers are all useless! Sales are trying to push us to exchange contract even the vendor doesn't have colored lease plan and I consider myself lucky if I can get hold of the mortgage adviser after 100 phone calls.

Cannock branch terrible. Been trying to view a property for ages. The sales guy refused to speak to us. Left a message with a potential date with the rental girls. Nobody has got back to us. Don't they want to sell??

We kept our rental place in very good condition and when we left the property bairstow eves did everything they could to keep our deposit! Even down to lieing about items on the inventory. Horrendous customer service. Avoid the company like the plague
