GoogleHonestly if I could give 0 stars I would. We went with Edmondson estates to sell our house. We were told that as the bathroom was being refurbished pictures would not be taken of it and that the ad would be live on the website the following week when it launched. They came and took photos and everything was going fine until the advert went live on property pal. Spelling mistakes everywhere, the bathroom photos were put up with the ripped up floor and the walls half bare as the tiles were being taken down to fit new tiles to the floor and walls, and the built in wardrobe listed as storage. The site didn't go live for weeks and months after we were told it was going to be. As the house we wanted to buy was sale agreed to someone else we pulled our house off the market. Fast forward to now we have put our house back on the market with another estate agent but wanted to buy a house from Edmondson. To our horror they encouraged their client to go with someone else as they told us they are the ones in a better position as they are renting. We have an offer on our house to which they told my partner no he did not making out he was telling lies. Then proceeded to say they phoned our estate agent which was not true. Upon hanging up our estate agent called to say they had only been in touch now and that they had told them we are ready to go. They would have gotten the sale through as quickly with us as they would have with the other bidders ( who by the way were the lower bid) but unfairly Edmondson pushed them to go with the other bidders over a party grudge because we didn't go with them as our estate agent. Highly unprofessional and should never make out that any bidder is a liar and now your client is walking away with less money under your 'guidance'. Doesn't have the vendors best interests at heart would rather discriminate and hold petty grudges. Avoid at all costs.

GooglePlease avoid these estate agents, Scott overcharges and did nothing for us except rip us off. Dont make the mistake we did, terrible expensive service for very little done. Avoid like the plague. Please take my advice.

The only parties "ripped off" were Edmondson Estates by your failure to pay your legitimate house sales fees incurred as per agreed, this was corroborated by the the Court Service of Northern Ireland, with them placing CCJ’s against you both in July 2024. We are slightly embarrassed for you to see that you have resorted to vexatious google reviews (but then there's a well documented track record of this behaviour from you guys to other parties/people) but nevertheless, hopefully people reading the reviews will see your review for what it is!
