Edmondson Estates were extremely helpful with selling my property. Robert was easy to work with for the valuation and viewings. The sale was not always straight forward (through no fault of Edmondsons), but they were always there to help find a way forward and get the sale complete! Coming from a service industry profession, it’s so refreshing to deal with a local company who care about their clients. We haven’t moved house in over 20 years and didn’t look forward to the prospect of selling our house. Met Robert when viewing a house and immediately liked his realistic advice on the topic of buying/selling houses - encouraging but honest. So we decided to use Edmondson Estates ourselves to sell our own home. Everything was slick and professional, pictures and advertisement were top notch, viewings were well organised and we were kept well informed on the process all the way along. I think I spoke to most of the folks in Edmondson's throughout the process at one time or another, and everyone was fantastic, but a special thanks to Robert and Scott, who I spoke too most often, for their sage advice when things weren't going too well with our onward house purchase. It most definitely helped us through. Having dealt with many other estate agents recently when attempting to buy onward properties, there's a notable difference in the service provided from agent to agent. There are levels in this game, and Edmondson Estates are at the top - highly recommended.

Fabulous estate agents. From Scott first directing me to the property which I fell in love with when shown around by Robert. Then Robert came out to view my property for sale and he was first class on all matters pertaining to selling the house. Viewers lined up within days. Just wanting to thank Robert Smith in your offices for dealing with our recent property sale in Ballyclare. Robert offered us great advice on current market values and really encouraged us to maximise our asking price which far exceeded our expectations. He was very accommodating when arranging to come to our property to have photos taken and also when arranging viewings. We were really impressed with how he dealt with the whole process. Cannot recommend these guys, especially Robert enough. Professional, friendly and they know what they are taking about. They dealt quickly with a recent maintenance issue to ensure a brand new appliance was ordered and fitted within 24 hours of the tenant notifying of an issue.
