GoogleI sold my house through Reed ballyhackamore Martin was who I dealt with and I have to say he worked very hard to make sure we sold our house and got the house that was meant for us. With a seller dropping out on us last minute he worked extremely hard to get our house sold as fast as possible with he did, in 1 week he resold my home. Brilliant genuine fella who supported us the whole way through our journey. I would recommend Martin and the rest of the staff at this branch 100%.

I was kept well informed, they were always at the end of the phone if needed and they were able to secure me a significantly higher price than local competitors who valued my house. I would have no hesitation in using Reeds Rains again for any aspect whether renting or selling. A thoroughly professional and friendly company with superb staff. They made selling my house a breeze!

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience selling our home with Reeds Rains. The agent, Martin, very quickly arranged to view our home and gave us a fair valuation. Within one day we had 5 viewings booked in and had the house sale agreed in 6 days. Martin kept in contact with us daily throughout the whole process and made the sale run as smoothly as possible. We also used their mortgage advisor Lois who arranged to stay late and move to a closer office just to help us out. Could not recommend them more.

GoogleI would highly recommend the Ballyhackamore Branch and the Reeds Rains service when selling a house. For us, the sale of the family home was potentially an emotional journey. It’s now completed and the experience was excellent. From the first visit by Alan and the follow up and personal attention of Martin, I could not fault this service. In fact, high praise is due. We were treated with respect, care and attention at every stage. Communication of the process was excellent. I received regular updates by phone and email. As a result the sale was very smooth and we always knew what stage the process was at. As mentioned by another client, Martin was key. His attention to detail and support enabled the sale to compete ahead of previously planned, nudging the solicitors to complete at a time that suited us and let us in before Christmas. Overall an outstanding service. If ever selling, or buying, I will be returning to Reeds Rains. A very happy customer !

GoogleExceptional service from Reeds Rain Ballyhackamore. Difficult house to sell and deals fell through 3 X. Also legal issues attached to house sale. Despite all of this, I have to say that Martin was absolutely amazing and was a delight to deal with. Very professional at all times and always kept me updated. Martin was always available to speak to and was very quick to give me feedback after viewings.
