Pat and Fiona kept us informed about all the viewing and offers from start to finish. The whole team were so friendly and always got back to us if we contacted them with an issue, no matter how small it was. I recently completed on the sale of a terrace house in East Belfast. Martin & Fiona were nothing short of exceptional. I was impressed with the level of professionalism from my first phone call with Fiona. Martin understood the complexity of selling with a tenant (not overly cooperative) in the house. He handled it with total professionalism and care. The house was agreed quickly, Martin was outstanding with his communication keeping me updated by phone regularly & returning calls promptly. Martin & Fiona were so helpful, I have no doubt this sale would not have progressed to completion had it not been for their diligence and efficiency in managing a very tricky transaction.
